The LT-1, L46 & L82 all used 2.02' intake & 1.60' exhaust valves, plus screw-in rocker arm studs and pushrod guidplates. Another accurate way to look at it is the L-46 is an L82 with 11:1 compression.


With 370 horsepower on tap, it is not difficult to imagine why. A simplistic but accurate way of looking at the L-46 is to think LT-1 with an L82 cam and an L48 intake & carb.
